ForthisroleyoumusthaveafulldrivinglicenseandpreviousexperienceofworkingforaManagedServiceProvider(MSP) Abouttherole Asa 2ndLineITSupportTechnician ,youwillbepartofasmallbuthighlyskilledtechnicalteamthatsupportsaround100clientsacrosscommercialandeducationsectors.Thisisavariedandhands-onrolewherenotwodaysarethesame.Youwillbeworkingwithawiderangeoftechnologies,supportingeverythingfromdesktopsandserverstonetworksandcloudservices.
