Systems (WMS) hosted on AWS. What You'll Be Doing: • WMS Support: Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 incidents, liaise with warehouse users and vendors. • AWS Monitoring: Use CloudWatch, EC2, RDS, and Lambda to ensure system uptime and performance. • System Maintenance: Patch management, deployments, and proactive health checks. • Integration & Tools: Work with APIs, EDI, TMS, ERP, and ServiceNow. • Reporting: Use … teams. • Project Work: Participate in WMS upgrades, UAT, and go-live support.
