We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales team at Mercer China. This role will be based in Shanghai Office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. We will count on you to: Achieve a personal sales target … and be accountable for personal sales plan and pipeline. Determine or support to determine the overall sales and segmentation strategy and opportunity pursuit plans to maximise sales effectiveness and leverage Mercer's local and global resources. Identify opportunities and develop them from start to closure, including build up pipeline, maintain potential clients, provide proposal … and follow up the contract process. Partner effectively with Mercer's consulting network, marketing and relationship management as well as Marsh to achieve the sales target.
