Your role: Business Change Analyst Duration: 12 months Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home per week Location: Leading London based investment bank You will: Work on the implementation of a range of new change projects, as part of larger IB-wide strategic and/or regulatory change programs. Work with … business, functional stakeholders and subject matter experts to capture and analyse requirements for changes to front to back flows, business processes and systems in response to business or regulatory drivers Develop requirement specifications and/or user stories for the changes Partner with IT on the implementation of the changes, resolving issues as required Partner with business and IT stakeholders to ensure the changes are adequately tested Your skills/experience: 3-4 plus years of business analysis experience in an Investment Bank (or consulting within an Investment Bank) Experience of delivering regulatory projects (and in particular Transaction Reporting within MiFID) would be an advantage.
