What you’ll do: Primary role to both coordinate and deliver user acceptance testing within agreed timescales, working between team to ensure resourcing, plans, scripts and evidence are all aligned. Lead business research, mapping end to end business process identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement. Analyse business and operational requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking and describing effective solutions and requirements. Expertise in using data analysis tools and techniques to interrogate data, identifying root cause, leading to actionable outcomes.
