Your new company Our client is enhancing its cyber capabilities and is seeking a Business Change Lead to support the successful delivery and adoption of strategic security solutions across its application landscape. This role will ensure effective business readiness, engagement, and communication as part of a wider identity and access management (IAM) programme, including Microsoft Entra ID … and support pilot/test applications to validate new solutions ahead of wider rollouts. Create and maintain detailed stakeholder maps, ensuring timely engagement of key decision-makers, blockers, and change champions. Work with programme leadership to address resistance, uncover root concerns, and mitigate change risks. Produce high-quality change artefacts such as onboarding guides, FAQs, user journeys … and training materials. Deliver awareness and training sessions to improve stakeholder understanding of strategic IDP and SailPoint migrations. Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
