are seeking an experienced AIX Migration Engineer to help migrate large-scale, business-critical AIX workloads from IBM Power systems into AWS using Stromasys (CHARON-Power) emulation and supporting cloud-native modernisation patterns. This is a remote-first engineering role with on-site attendance only during critical migration weekends, outage windows or key phases of system validation. You … in-depth discovery and inventory analysis of AIX workloads (APV, LPARs, VIO, storage, network, middleware). Perform compatibility and remediation analysis to ensure workloads behave predictably under Stromasys or cloud-native equivalents.
