ll play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality eLearning content. Working across a broad portfolio - including compliance training and custom digital solutions - you’ll ensure all content is pedagogically sound, accessible, and engaging for learners across diverse sectors. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), project managers, and multimedia teams to turn complex topics into … principles. Translate complex subject matter into accessible, engaging eLearning content. Define clear learning outcomes aligned with compliance or client goals. Collaborate closely with SMEs and internal teams throughout the content development process. Apply accessibility and inclusion standards (e.g., WCAG) across all content. Use learning design frameworks to ensure consistency, clarity, and engagement. Manage multiple projects to tight deadlines … learning. Strong understanding of instructional design theory, adult learning principles, and eLearning tools. Confident working with SMEs to scope, structure and review content. Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive content practices. Excellent project management and communication skills.
