Team Leadership – Manage, train, and mentor the QC team, conducting reviews and developing capability. Audits & Inspections – Lead internal/external audits, including customer and 3rd party visits. … Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate QC records, corrective actions, and prepare management reports.
