The team support production systems that operate on-prem using Exadata, with hybrid physical standby databases located within … Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. The team also supports a large in-house software dev team that builds custom application solutions and supports 3rd party data solutions from Delphix to provision development and test databases within OCI. Responsibilities of the Oracle DBA (Financial Services): - Be instrumental in the journey to the Cloud (OCI, Azure)- Assist with research, test & deployment activities … Knowledge of Exadata, RAC and ZFS would be handy but not essential- Knowledge of the Cloud, particularly OCI and Azure would be very handy- Strong patching experience- Experience of Dataguard, RMAN backup & recovery, OEM, Linux (OEL, Redhat), Shell Scripting, Delphix, Oracle Application Express and Git all nice to have, but not essential Is this job for you?
