Troubleshoot network, application, and conference room device issues. Manage incidents, update tickets, and maintain asset inventory. Support VIP users and handle vendor coordination. Configure Azure accounts, Teams admin settings, and Intune policies. Perform IT desk moves, patching, meeting room setup, and device retirement.
