Delivery Lead to drive momentum, strengthen governance, and ensure high-quality outcomes across: Customer Journey redesign (including Simpler Recycling CX) Website redesign on LocalGov Drupal AI service development pilots with strong human oversight Key responsibilities Orchestrate delivery across customer journeys, website and AI pilots-managing scope, critical path, RAID, sprint … design, user research, open standards.
