Job Description This is a field-based/mobile role supporting Post Office Branch hardware break-fix/swap activities and occasional Branch Change Requests (commission/decommission/relocation) across a specific geographical area ( Shrewsbury ). Familiarity with support procedures, scripts, and processes. Proven troubleshooting skills. Awareness of Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance would be desirable.
