Windows 10/11 experience. • Microsoft 365 troubleshooting and administration. • Knowledge of backup/DR solutions and endpoint security tools (SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, ESET, Fortinet). • Experience with MSP platforms such as NinjaOne, ConnectWise, Halo PSA, or Autotask is advantageous. What We’re Looking For • At least 3 years … adaptable mindset with a customer-first approach. • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel. (4 days a week onsite, 1 WFH) • Certifications (Microsoft, Fortinet, Dell) are a bonus. • Degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
