Head of IT Projects – 12 Month FTC Bath – Hybrid (2-3 days per week onsite) Renowned Manufacturing Organisation are looking for a Head of IT Projects to lead a busy portfolio of IT and Business change projects during a period of exciting transition. This is a 12-month fixed term contract … and will report to the Head of IT. You'll take charge of a team of up to 6 Project Managers, delivering around 30 projects covering Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Digital Transformation, and Business Systems. THE JOB The Head of IT Projects will be responsible for: Lead, coach and engage a team of Project Managers, building consistency and capability. Stabilise delivery during a period of transition – quickly build relationships, understand challenges and drive solutions. Deliver a diverse portfolio including WAN upgrades, global telephony, vulnerability management, HR & Finance Technology transformations, and digital initiatives.
