Risk Controls and Management: Develop and maintain the technology governance framework, policies, standards, and procedures. Manage the controls library, review change requests, and analyze control performance. Support GRC platform operations and improvements. Risk Governance and Compliance: Manage the service interface for Technology Service Governance, including FAQs, demand management, and metrics analysis. Ensure accurate record-keeping of governance decisions and support audits and certifications. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports on technology risk and governance performance.
