Your new role As an IT Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing service tickets, maintaining hub stock, and ensuring smooth hardware operations. Your key duties will include: Managing queue tickets for your hub and surrounding spokes to meet service level agreements. Handling asset management and stock control, including scanning items in/out of locations. Coordinating hardware disposals in line with contractual obligations. … Performing triage and hardware repairs for in-warranty equipment, liaising with vendors for parts and returns. Replenishing IT lockers as required. Identifying service issues and suggesting improvements to your Team Leader.
