Responsibilities: Deliver engaging business systems training across virtual and face-to-face formats. Lead induction programmes aligned with the firm’s L&D strategy. Collaborate with stakeholders to support IT system changes and upgrades. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design tailored learning interventions.
