Key Responsibilities Provide on-site IT support for users, resolving technical issues that require physical presence. Handle incidents and service requests allocated through the central queue in line with ITIL and ISO20000 frameworks. Maintain accurate IT asset records for the Telford site, ensuring data integrity.
