Key Responsibilities Operational Support & Incident Management Provide 2nd/3rd line support for PKI systems including root, subordinate, and issuing CAs. Troubleshoot certificate issues (issuance, revocation, validation, auto-enrolment). Manage incidents, service requests, and changes within defined SLAs.
