Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specs, configuration guides, and training materials. Deliver user training, knowledge transfer to the technical team, testing support, and post-go-live troubleshooting. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP Fieldglass and related integrations (e.g., SAP ECC … e.g., SAP ECC MM, Successfactors, FI). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
