Oversee Section 38, Section 278 and Section 104 submissions and liaise with adopting authorities. Manage and mentor junior engineers, building capability within your team. Work directly with clients, local authorities, planning consultants, and stakeholders to shape project outcomes. Ensure technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery of all outputs. Monitor budgets, manage project finances, and contribute …/20 and other design standards. Extensive experience in Section 38, Section 278 and Section 104 processes. Proven project management skills, including financial oversight.
