tools Manage, log, and resolve incidents in line with SLAs Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (Windows, Mac, Linux) Set up new user accounts and manage updates in Active Directory & Microsoft 365 Build and deploy hardware (PCs, printers, peripherals) Liaise with third-party providers and maintain IT asset records What we're looking for: 2-3 years' IT Service Desk … or IT Support experience Knowledge of ITIL processes & ITSM tools (Freshservice, Jira) Strong understanding of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and remote support tools Basic networking skills (switches, patching) Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach Desirable: Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), macOS/iOS device support, Microsoft InTune, Teams, Windows Server administration.
