We're looking for an Azure Migration Specialist, ideally on a 6 month FTC (£55-75K), but contract would be considered The role is based in Lancashire, with some UK travel possible. How often the role is office based is determined by location. As Azure Migration Specialist, you’ll: Lead end-to-end migration projects: assessing on-premises/multi-cloud environments and planning migrations to Microsoft Azure. Define migration strategies (lift-&-shift, re-platform, refactor) and deliver Azure landing zones, governance, security and network design. Collaborate with solution architects, application owners and operations teams to ensure high-availability, scalability & cost-efficiency. Drive automated migration pipelines (ARM/Bicep/Terraform … Azure Networking, Identity) and best practices around security, governance and cost-management. Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Terraform/ARM/Bicep), CI/CD pipelines and automation of migration tasks. Solid understanding of networking (VNets, ExpressRoute, VPN), hybrid connectivity and cloud infrastructure patterns.
