They are recruiting for a Network Support Engineer to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Key responsibilities will include: Providing IT support to internal staff in conjunction with other members of the team Installing and configuring network equipment Maintaining network hardware infrastructure Designing and planning upgrades Managing and maintaining windows desktops and mobile devices Escalating issues, where needed Ad-hoc IT projects The successful candidate will have: Experience in a similar role Experience supporting a windows desktop environment Knowledge of HP operating systems A strong understanding of networking concepts CCNA (desirable) Excellent interpersonal skills If More ❯
