The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in theCPG industry, strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Planning, and experience leading multi-country rollouts in Europe. Must have skills: ?? 8+ years of experience in Oracle Planning modules, with 6+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud. ??Proven track record in at least 3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud Planning implementations. ??Strong understanding of CPG industry processes: trade promotions, direct-to-store delivery, and multi-tier distribution. ??Experience with Oracle modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, GOP, S&OP. ??Familiarity with European tax and logistics regulations.
