Provide real-time support to Accounts Payable and Procurement users on invoice processing issues. Investigate and resolve VIM exceptions using the Exception Handling Framework (EHF). Collaborate with SAP FI/MM teams for integration issues relating to PO matching, GR/IR … and invoice posting. Work with technical teams (ABAP, Workflow, OCR, ArchiveLink) for issue resolution and system tuning. Utilise VIM Analytics to identify processing bottlenecks and performance trends.
