Key Areas of the Role: Analyse sales and customer data to identify commercial patterns. Develop and maintain AI/ML models (via Snowflake) that predict customer conversion success. Collaborate with sales, pricing, and commercial teams to develop data-informed pricing strategies. Identify customer segments or pricing bands where win rates are below expectations and propose improvements. Visualise data and findings through clear dashboards via Power BI and/or Tableau.
