an experienced 3rd Line Messaging Engineer for a client of mine who are a leading IT Systems integrator operating within the UK defence sector. Your role will involve: Incident management - Incident logging, triage and assignment on required toolsets. Manage the Incident to resolution. Keep the incident record updated in accordance with agreed WI. Escalate where necessary. Problem management - Perform detailed and extensive investigations on any ongoing Problem Records.
