Minimum 2 days per week in the office at our Lancaster HQ About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to support delivery across our product team that includes mobile engineers (iOS & Android), cloud engineers, machine learning specialists, mathematicians, physicists and a designer. You will support delivery as a servant leader across multiple concurrent workstreams … and help elevate delivery skills across the organisation. You will be responsible for all aspects of delivery. This will include some elements of product ownership (we don't have a Product Owner currently) including crafting and prioritising the backlog. While we use agile methodologies in our engineering teams (scrum, kanban) we also use more time and milestone … Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience managing expectations and ensuring alignment between business goals and team delivery.
