Our client, a manufacturer of precision electro-mechanical components and assemblies is currently looking to hire a Quality Systems Engineer . This role is vital to maintaining and improving internal quality systems and processes in line with customer and industry expectations. The Quality Systems Engineer will: Maintain and lead structured quality processes, adapting them … to meet specific customer requirements. Conduct internal audits, identify trends, and drive corrective and preventive actions. Support the Quality Engineer to ensure compliance with BS EN ISO 9001:2015. Report on key production KPIs (e.g. scrap percentages, on-time delivery) and present findings in meetings. Lead external compliance and certification audits, including customer-led assessments. The Quality Systems Engineer will have: Strong, process-driven mindset with the ability to lead and adapt quality systems. Collaborative team player, confident working alongside engineering and quality teams. Experience with internal auditing and understanding of quality improvement tools (e.g., 8D, Root Cause Analysis).
