Facilitate resolution to supplier quality, serviceability, and performance related issues quickly to avoid repetition of issues. Utilise Relationships, Market Intelligence and Value Engineering actions to achieve a competitive differentiator. Manage supplier performance and quality using appropriate KPI's and development plans. Requirements: Ability to positively collaborate with stakeholders in ambiguous, complex programme management environments. Demonstrable experience of evolving, negotiating and agreeing contractual requirements and collaboration frameworks between internal stakeholders and suppliers.
