What You'll Be Doing Leading risk management activity across the organisation, providing expert advice, guidance and challenge at all levels Reporting escalated risks to Executive Leadership and Non-Executive Directors (via ARAC) Maintaining and improving risk policies and processes, ensuring alignment to MOD standards Embedding a risk-aware culture through engagement, communication, training and mentoring of divisional risk focal points Driving governance development and compliance, attending and supporting key governance boards and committees Conducting assurance reviews and maintaining a compliance register Line managing a Risk Officer and holding budget responsibility What We're Looking ...
