Resolve internal, supplier and customer non-conformances by methodologically investigating the manufacturing process to determine the root cause, through application of investigation & improvement methods such as 4M’s, 5 whys, cause and effect diagrams. Design and develop process controls such as pins/jigs … or HNC/D. Good understanding of quality methodologies. Good understanding of engineering drawings. Display competence with the application of Quality tools such as 5 whys, 4Ms, and Cause & Effect diagrams to aid root cause analysis. Faro Arm Trained - preferred.
