Define, document, and validate requirements for Quality Management processes in SAP. Translate business needs into functional SAP QM specifications. Support system configuration, customization, and integration for quality processes. Coordinate and perform system testing (unit, integration, UAT) related to Quality Management. Assist in developing training materials and provide user training/support during rollout.
