ProvideexpertguidanceonSAPcapabilitiesanddeveloptailoredsolutionstoachieveorganisationalgoals. Leadandsupportinitiativesincludingincidentresolution,servicerequests,andchangerequests. EnsureeffectivecollaborationbetweenITteamsandbusinessstakeholders. FocusonsystemsimplificationandprocessstandardisationacrosstheSAPenvironment.
