You’ll be based … to 18:00 weekdays, with in an on-call rota shared amongst the rest of the engineering team. What You’ll Be Doing Delivering on-site and remote IT support and project delivery Resolving issues across servers, networking, virtualisation, and VoIP You’ll Need Experience In Windows Server/Desktop troubleshooting Hyper-V or VMware ESXi VLANs, switches, firewalls … and network diagnoses 3CX or Mitel VoIP would be a bonus Hotel or residential-care industry IT knowledge and experience would be amazing too You Must Have A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle Willingness to travel to client sites Strong communication skills and a pride in doing things right What We Offer More ❯
