WorkingaspartofasmalltechnicalteamandreportingtotheHeadofDigitalDesignandDelivery,thisroleisresponsibleforthedesignandimplementationofAI-enabledsolutionsusing MicrosoftCopilot,CopilotStudioandAzureAIservices. TherolewillsupporttheneedsofProfessionalServicesandstudent-facingteamsacrosstheUniversitybydeliveringpractical,value-drivenAItoolsthatenhanceoperationalefficiency,servicequalityanduserexperience. Therolewillworkcloselywithbusinessstakeholderstoco-designAIsolutions,definerequirements,andtranslatetheseintorobust,scalableimplementations.
