Job Description We are working for one of the UK's premier Facilities Management (FM) providers. Following a major contract acquisition, they are now looking for a Technical Services Manager to lead engineering operations across a major campus in Surrey. The site is large and complex, hosting various critical environments, HV, LV, and complex HVAC systems. The Technical Services Manager will lead the Operations & Maintenance Teams and be responsible for implementing the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of site maintenance activities. The manager will carry out responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
