Work with internal stakeholders to scope deliverables, managing business expectations during projects & proposals. Manage project costs to ensure they are appropriate and within budget. Act as the main point of contact for the project, providing escalation support and ongoing support to the business throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor & report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Previous experience with D365 is highly desirable; experience with similar systems/CRM is also relevant.
