Own and ensure training material, process documentation (e.g., GSOPs, BPSD, ARIS BPM) and other supporting material (e.g., end user self-help content) are developed and maintained. Monitor end user support, training, role mapping and communication effectiveness and assess end user feedback to identify any systemic issues. … Knowledge of SAP and interface solutions is required. Qualifications and Skills Subject matter expertise (SAP HANA EWM) with strong process improvement experience. Excellent communication skills and a team player. Experience leading multi-functional teams within a matrix environment – including managing senior stakeholders. Business change leadership experience. Ability to stay ‘close to the ground’ to understand the ‘real’ end-user experience and perspective. Good knowledge of process design, lean sigma and other process improvement approaches. Broad knowledge across the end-to-end processes and ERP functionality to support these components. Business transformation experience preferred.
