Created and tested working prototypes through customer research to bring digital requirements to life and improve user experience. Collaborated with Product Owners and business teams on customer experience design, research, backlog prioritisation, and user acceptance testing. Acted as a UX centre of excellence , ensuring consistency across key initiatives and aligning with brand, external agencies, and internal stakeholders. Ensured all digital changes met Legal, Regulatory, and Conduct standards , supporting compliance and customer trust.
