Job descriptionAs a HMRC Senior Quantitative User Researcher, you will have the unique opportunity to work on some of the largest digital transformation programmes undertaken in Government and other sectors. You will ensure a good standard is maintained and developed for the optimization and experimentation strategy across HMRC and you will plan and help coordinate user research and performance analyst activities on complex multichannel services.? You will work on a multidisciplinary team including developers and other quant focused user researchers to provide support across HMRC for experimentation.
