Key Responsibilities: Engage with non-technical users to gather and translate requirements Translate business needs into user stories and clear technical specifications Conduct as-is/to-be analysis using Visio and support change impact assessments Support an ERP system upgrade and data migration at a user/change level Input into Azure DevOps – manage work items, requirements traceability and testing alignment Coordinate and support user acceptance testing Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience supporting ERP projects (ideally COINS or Dynamics) Requirement gathering from all levels of users, especially non-technical users Experience working in large, enterprise environments Proficiency in Visio or similar tools More ❯
