Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist Location: twice a week in Aberdare Salary: up to £50k Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Management Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 , Active Directory , Azure , and Windows Server environments. Manage virtualization platforms ( VMware , Hyper-V ) and network services ( DNS , DHCP , routers, switches, firewalls). Oversee Windows 10/11 , Exchange Online , SharePoint , mobile devices, and … security solutions, SSL certificates, and CCTV systems. Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades and network installations, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. Collaborate with stakeholders to align infrastructure initiatives with business goals. Provide advanced technical support, resolving complex IT issues. Mentor junior staff and contribute to IT strategy development. Manage IT budgets and perform on-site installations … and maintenance as needed.
