Support firewall and networking configurations using Fortinet/FortiGate and Dell technologies (training provided). Maintain accurate documentation using internal PSA and IT management systems. Contribute to virtualised infrastructure (VMware/Hyper-V). Deliver an exceptional client experience through professional communication and proactive support.
