Veeam backups, including monthly replication and disaster recovery processes. Support and maintain core network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, routers, cradlepoints, wireless APs). Provide technical support for the organisation's VoIP platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business-critical application deployments and iPaaS integrations.
