have experience working in the higher education area on SAAS implementations such as - Timetabling, Student Records platforms and we able to communicate with all university stakeholders i.e. academics, professional services, IT, software vendors. You must have previous experience of implementing a SaaS product and have experience of a full project life cycle i.e. requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training deployment … have experience working alongside project managers, solution architects and system and business analysts Technical Skills Hands on experience of testing environments, and release cycles Understanding the use of APIs, web services and data formats like JSON, XML Experience of supporting data integrations between university systems e.g. Student Records, HR, Finance, CRM, Timetabling etc SQL skills or data validation More ❯
