What You’ll Be Doing Lead the roadmap and configuration of Workday Adaptive Planning , including budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and scenario modelling. Translate business requirements into robust system solutions. Collaborate across Finance, FP&A, and operational stakeholders to drive process and platform improvements. Oversee integrations … systems projects and delivering change. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to liaise with senior leaders and technical teams alike. Ideally exposure to the wider Workday ecosystem (e.g. HCM, Financials). Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus—but not essential.
