🚀 Technical Business Analyst – Hybrid (Poland-based) – Occasional EU/UK Travel – Start ASAP 🚀
Seeking a strong Technical Business Analyst for an international IT project with one of our clients.
Hybrid from anywhere in Poland – with few occasional travels to the UK or other EU cities (travel expenses fully covered).
Contract options:
- Freelance / B2B (preferred for fast onboarding)
- Permanent / UoP (employment contract) – available if preferred
Start date: ASAP (immediate availability or short notice highly preferred)
Location: hybrid in Poland + minimal travel
Language: Fluent English mandatory (C1+ level – daily collaboration in international, English-speaking teams)
Key responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and document business & technical requirements
- Prepare detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process models (BPMN), use cases, and specifications
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and QA
- Join agile processes (Scrum/Kanban) – stand-ups, planning, reviews
- Contribute to solution design, UAT, go-live support, and process improvements
Must-have:
- 3–7+ years as Technical / IT Business Analyst (or equivalent)
- Solid experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, modeling, and agile ways of working
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio/Miro/Lucidchart, etc.
- Strong analytical mindset + excellent stakeholder communication
- Fluent English (professional written & spoken)
- Right to work in Poland (EU/EEA or valid permit)
Strong plus (nice-to-have):
- Knowledge/experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) – identity processes, access management, authentication, tools like Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, SailPoint, etc.
- Exposure to security, compliance (e.g. GDPR), or enterprise/regulatory projects
- Compensation – competitive & negotiable (based on experience, IAM skills, and contract type)
